Breaks my heart that the state is so desperate to kidnap children in order to keep their jobs.. You may think this is not even possible..

On May 22nd a CPS worker shows up at my door because my neighbor called and said she saw my daughter playing right outside the sliding glass doors on the 19th of May. (If it were an "emergency" CPS would have showed up the 19th)
I requested a search and seizure warrant as per my constitutional rights and Violation of federal law USC 18 section 241 & 242.
She did NOT have a court order or warrant. She took my daughter outside with her, and then called police. 4 police officers, and 2 detectives show up and although I request a search and seizure warrant from them, they use force to come in anyways. They took my 18 mth old as well. I was pregnant with twins, they were born June 16th 2012. They were taken from the hospital just 12 days after birth.
Not only did the state violate federal laws, lied in court, lied under oath, and broken state laws they are medicating my children (illegally) without my consent. Since my rights are NOT TPR'd (terminated) any medical decisions I make in regards to medicating, and vaccinating according to state laws must be respected. However, they are doing whatever they want! My older two are given allergy meeication, even though they do not have allergies, it is given before bed as it "helps them sleep"; the twins were given "prevacid" not meant for infants and have had adverse reactions to the medication (you can see for yourself in the video)
despite me telling the story over and over again no one wants to listen
This is a huge national epidemic.. children ARE being kidnapped without a reason!
due to the economy being so poor, the states still need money, they compensate by taking children. They sign the children up for any and all programs to get more funds, medications, vaccinations, and if your child has add, adhd, or anything else they are labeled "special needs"; which means more money for them.
This is NOT a joke. I'm not just writing this because I'm an angry mother, I am writing this because I have done NOTHING wrong, and despite false allegations people just look down on me and think "well she must have done something".... NO!!

due to what has taken place in foster care they do NOT want to risk being exposed, therefore they are trying to have our rights terminate all because of the mistakes they made and the laws they (CPS) has broken!!
